Beach Day is the sixty-ninth episode released for the animated series Rainbow High, and the fourth episode of Season 5.
Official Description
The Rainbow High Shimmers are headed to the beach to get to know Rainbow World, and get to know everyone in it, better! After learning so much about liquid rainbows and portal jumping, these besties could use a day in the sun. Jade is ready for a fun day surfing the waves and flying high in a kite! But her monkey is scared of the water and wants to play on the shore instead. Will they find a way to have fun together?
Plot
The episode begins in Rainbow World as Jade is seen frantically running through the school trying to catch Sweetpea. Seeing the commotion, Ruby teams up and helps her out, with Sunny and Violet following shortly behind. Sweetpea gets away from everyone one last time before running into Ms. Morton, who he respectfully listens to. After this, everyone goes to the spa where Jade tries to demonstrate opening a portal, with Ms. Morton helping her get through to Sweetpea. Once they do everyone walks through the portal, being ready for any possible mission.
Once they go though the portal, they all emerge at Moonbow Beach, with everyone now wearing magical new swimsuits. Once everone's there they're all greeted by Clementine who tells everyone about Moonbow Beach and all the fun things to do there. As she explains all this, Sweetpea starts getting anxious, with it being evident he's scared of the water. Once everyone starts to have fun, Jade invites him to go swimming, with him refusing. After getting annoyed, she goes swimming anyways, even singing the song "Take It To The Beach" as its used video plays as well.
As the song ends, Jade makes her way back to the beach to find Sweetpea sitting alone, clearly being unhappy. She offers to go for a swim with him, with him cowering to the water. It's here she realizes he's afraid of the water, with her telling him she thought he didn't like her because of all of his pranks. He quickly corrects this and shows he cares, with Jade finally understanding he jokes plays pranks to bond with her. After this realization, the two of them play with the frisbee, with this marking the end of the episode.

Errors[]
- The idea of Sweetpea being afraid of water and not taking his bath conflicts with his appearance in the episode "Magic Spa Day", where he is shown gleefully taking a bath and having no fear or distaste of the water.
Other[]
- While this episode is meant to market the Swim & Style doll line, Skyler and her beach design is seemingly missing from the episode. Also odd, Jade is given a unique design for this episode, with this design never becoming an actual doll.
