Blu Brooks is an all-around character introduced in 2023. She is a student at Rainbow High that focuses in Fashion Design.

Blu is a teenage girl with a short build, being shorter and more petite than most other characters. She has lightly tanned skin with blue eyes, brown eyebrows and aqua blue wavy hair. Her eyeshadow is mostly aqua blue, and she pairs this with deep red lipstick. Being very bright in color, she also has long aqua blue acrylic nails on her fingers.
Outfit[]
Blu wears a black graphic t shirt that reads the word “Rainbow” in bold font. She wears an aqua blue overall dress over it. For her shoes, she wears black and white sneakers with aqua blue laces, and stripped black and white socks. She also features an aqua blue cast on her right arm, with different signatures scrawled across it.
Personality
Blu is shown to be very easygoing, often having a mellow attitude with those around her. She is also quite friendly, and makes friends rather easily.

- It is unknown when she broke her arm while skating, but after she got a cast put on her arm, she decided not to qui and let her cast inspire her to never give up even when things get tough.
