Clementine is an all-around character introduced in 2024. She creates custom surfboards for Moonbow Beach and greets visitors to the beach.

Clementine is a fair skinned teenage girl with a medium build. She has one hazel and one light blue eye, as well as neutral lipstick and light brown eyebrows. Her hair is tangerine in color with a few white streaks, and it is styled in two large pigtail braids that are tied off at the ends.
Outfits[]
For her signature outfit, she wears a gray jean jacket with a light tangerine shirt underneath that is angularly cut at the waist. She also has an asymmetrical black skirt with a light tangerine, white, and plaid pleated underskirt. Having bare legs, she pairs all this with bulky black sneakers with thick light tangerine laces.

Clementine is a feminine name of French origin meaning "mild, merciful". It is a variation of Clement, a Latin name with similar meaning.

- She is the second female character, after Harley Limestone to have two different colored eyes.
- She may be a fan of Neon Shadow due to her shirt having a drawing of them.
- Clementine's prototype doll was meant to have a fantasy skin tone like the rest of the Sparkle & Shine lineup, which is an orange color.
