Colin is a cartoon-only character introduced in 2020. He is a student at Rainbow High, majoring in Mixed Media. He's originally introduced as Skyler Bradshaw's long term boyfriend, however he breaks this trust by cheating on her with Ruby Anderson. After being caught and abandoned by both girls, Colin is currently alone and has a rather sour reputation, both within the show and viewers.

Physical Appearance[]
Colin is a teenage boy with a thin build. He has light tan skin, mulberry-colored eyes, thick ash brown eyebrows, black hair fading to han purple styled on a pompadour, and pale brown lips.
Outfit[]
He wears a white and han purple hoodie with a city view design, long black strings, and patterned black and white diagonal lines. He wears ripped black jeans, and his shoes are pastel candy-colored high-top sneakers with bright red laces.
Personality
Colin comes off first as a chill and laid back high-school student which can be shown in his regular and casual fashion, later down in the series he's then shown to have a bit of a sneaky side to him when he asks Ruby to go on a date to the Color Block Party without mentioning he already had a girlfriend. He may be considered a bit of a flirt, then he shows people that he likes to ditch girls. Also, he's the type of a mean person when he said to "keep things chill," and he doesn't care much about anything or anyone that's around him.
He also seems to be bad at communication. As though he says that he told Skyler he wanted to break up when he said he wanted to “keep it chill” once they got to Rainbow High. His manner of speech at the moment was so loose, it can be interpreted any way, oblivious that his words and actions may hurt other people.
He is still not a bad person, despite his actions, and is shown to have lots of friends and is nice to most people. He also is implied to feel bad for ditching Skyler, as shown when he gives a sad face when she shows off her runway look.

Colin is a currently popular French and Gaelic boys' name meaning "cub", the name for a baby bear.

River Kendall[]
The two are both part of the same band. They auditioned for Rainbow Vision but got zero spotlights.
Emerald McNabb[]
Colin, River, and Emerald are in the same Rainbow Vision band, therefore are presumably on good terms.
Karma Nichols[]
They are seen talking together by the lockers about Jett Dawson's return to Rainbow High from Japan. The two of them may be friends.

Skyler Bradshaw[]
Having been dating since 6th grade, Colin and Skyler appear to be a strong and happy couple at first. This does change, however, when Colin wants to break up, something Skyler does not properly interpret. This all boils over at the Color Block Party, where Skyler catches him with Ruby, causing her to leave him and not want to mend their relationship, even though she forgave him.
Ruby Anderson[]
Ruby and Colin originally hit it off, deciding to be each other's dates for the Color Block Party. This all goes well until they are caught by Skyler, being very offended to see one of her best friends with her boyfriend. He tries to explain that they are no longer dating, something that hurts Skyler's feelings. Ruby, seeing this, storms off to help Skyler, ending their short-lived relationship.

Jade Hunter[]
Being a very loyal and headstrong person, Jade takes great offense to Colin's actions and makes many threats, showing her strong distaste for him. Because of this, he is shown to be quite scared of her.
Bella Parker[]
He tries talking to her after she returns but is shut down. Kia Hart suggests matching them, much to Bella's disgust.

- October 26th, 2020: Colin is mentioned in Skyler's Rainbow High face chart.
- October 30th, 2020: Colin is makes his first 3D animated appearance with speaking lines in "Poppy Rowan, Keepin' The Beats Goin'".
Trivia
- His color scheme may be based on the fact that red and blue when come together make purple, which are Ruby Anderson and Skyler Bradshaw's colors, respectively.
- Due to the events of Double Date Disaster and Gurlfriend Take Over, Colin has a bad reputation at Rainbow High and with the fans of the series.
- He can be seen hit in the head with a football in the episode Amaya's Discovery as a backgrounder, causing many people to believe that River Kendall was the one that threw it at him.
- A small picture of Colin at that moment was seen in The Vi Life Episode 14 on River's name card, very likely confirming it.
