Dance It Out is the forty-third episode released for the animated series Rainbow High, and the tenth episode of Season 3.
Official Description
The Rainbow Vision semi-finals are just around the corner! All the selected contestants are at The Sparkle Sisters Ski Lodge practicing their performances and trying not to freak out over the bad WiFi. And back at Rainbow High the underclassmen projects are well underway! 👯 With all the students from different schools pairing up, what kind of clashes will arise? And will the De'Vious twins find the praise they deserve?
Plot
The episode starts with a report from Rainbow Vision TV, where Violet and Phaedra talk about how the semifinalists are gathered at The Sparkle Sisters Ski Lodge to practice for Rainbow Vision. During this, Heather attempts to add on but gets interrupted by Holly and Laurel doing a commercial. Meanwhile at Rainbow High, Meena starts teaching a dance class to many students.
Meena continues teaching the class and splits the dancers up into pairs, including Ash and Finn, Gabriella and Nicole, and Amaya and River. They begin dancing together, only for Amaya and River to continuously bump heads. Despite this tension they continue dancing to a passive aggressive degree. Meanwhile, Holly and Laurel begin feeling sad and even sing their song "Click Click", only to be interrupted by Glitch at the end.
In the workshop, they start dancing after practicing for some time. They then go into the partner breakout, where Amaya and River are first. Amaya's expression remains mad throughout the whole dance, with River's looking regretful. She then pairs up Gabriella and Finn, who perform a stunning dance and almost kiss before the music stops. Meena concludes the workshop and dismisses them. River makes another attempt to talk to Amaya, but she just walks out of the classroom and ends the episode.

- In the first shot of the first scene of Meena's workshop, Finn appears with his glasses, but later not wearing them the rest of the episode.
- Holly's clothes clip through her body during one scene as they sing "Click Click".
- Also during their song, Holly's eyebrows disappear for a second.
- Despite claiming only competitors stayed at The Sparkle Sisters Ski Lodge, Simone can be seen there.

- Amaya's desire to join a dance class is likely a reference to her from "Amaya's Time" where she had said she needed to take dance classes after embarrassing herself.
- This episodes teases the popular ship of Nicole and Ash.
- This episode properly credits Meena's voice actress, that being Angela Malhotra, for the first time. In previous episodes, she was instead credited as "Angela Katyal" for unknown reasons.
