Fantasy Friends is a spinoff for the Rainbow High doll lineup. It is a surprise toy line with over 16 dolls to collect. The concept is similar to LOL Surprise Tots as they're able to spit liquids, though unlike the LOL dolls, the Fantasy Friends are not able to cry or pee, meaning their overall concept is more akin to the Enchantimals or Frightmares due to their magic abilities.
The mascot appears to be Cici Shadow, who is often promoted and on the packaging of all the Fantasy Friends merchandise for series 2.

- In the animated series, Sunny Madison is the creator of the Fantasy Friend, being the characters in her animated show, Hi Hi Kawaii.
