Hali Capri is an all-around character introduced in 2022. She is a student at Pacific Coast High that focuses in Fashion Design.
Character Description
The ultimate California girl, Hali Capri was practically born at the beach. She's called the west coast home her entire life and loves nothing more than a little salt in her hair and sand in her toes. Luckily for her, classes at Pacific Coast High are poolside and beach hangs are the norm. She's a fashion design focus with a specialty in creating the most beautiful (and functional) bathing suits and resort wear. In fact, many of the students at Pacific Coast love to wear her looks.

Physical Appearance[]
Hali is a tan skinned teenage girl with a medium build. Her eyes are colored aquamarine, and her makeup consists of capri and grey eyeshadow, soft blush, and deep pink lipstick. She also has long hair colored in a mix of capri, being pulled in a high ponytail.
Outfit[]
She wears a two-piece varying shaded capri swimsuit with a darker tropical plants pattern. On top of this, she wears capri shorts. For her footwear, she wears white slippers with graphic word patterns and a gold design. For her accessories, she wears a dark capri visor with a similar pattern from her swimsuit. She also comes with a transparent handbag with capri details. She also wears dark capri sunglasses and a dark capri and white scrunchie.
Personality
While not much of her personality has been shown, she seems to be friendly and dedicated to her job, taking her role as a lifeguard very seriously. She's also shown to be very passionate about fashion, with it being her focus.

Timeline
- December 3rd, 2021: Rainbow High's official Instagram tease Hali with the other Pacific Coast dolls.
- December 25th, 2021: Her doll in box is leaked.
- January 4th, 2022: Her doll is officially released.
- January 11th, 2022: Her official artwork is added to the Rainbow High website.
- March 25th, 2022: Hali makes her animated debut in the episode, "Meet the New Headmistress". She also has speaking lines.
Etymology
Hali[]
Hail is a name with both Hebrew and English origins, meaning "life" in Hebrew and "healthy" in English.
Capri[]
Capri is a very rare Italian surname that's associated with goats, however in this case it's much more likely a reference to the sky blue to turquoise color known as capri.
Trivia
- She designed everyone's swimwear in Pacific Coast High.
- Her bag resembles Chanel's Lambskin PVC quilted tote bag.
- In her webisode debut, her initial line is: "I have three rules. Don't mess with my friends, don't mess with my fashions, and no surfing after dark."
- Early listings had her signature color listed as "Aquamarine", although it was later changed to "Capri".
- Hali had Phaedras face mold on her prototype doll.
