Meena Fleur is an all-around character introduced in 2022. She is a student at Rainbow High that focuses in Accessory Design.
Character Description
Meena Fleur is from New Delhi in India and is part of an international exchange program at Rainbow High. The students are happy to play host and are intrigued by her confidence and really unique nods to her culture in her Henna, clothing, and jewelry (which she made herself). All the attention is a little overwhelming, but she's genuinely excited to share her culture and experiences with the American students.

Physical Appearance[]
Meena is a teenage girl with a medium build and rich brown skin. She has dark skin, long neon orange hair tied into a half-up and half-down ponytail. Her eyes are brown. For makeup, she wears amber and gold eyeshadow as well as bright red lipstick.
Outfit[]
Meena's first outfit is a silky orange crop top tied to her left shoulder along with shiny saffron pants with wide cut legs and stir stitching, with saffron trim and on her feet are saffron sandals. She wears lots of jewelry and accessories including dangling saffron earrings, multiple saffron bangles, and multiple amber bobby pins in her hair.
For her second outfit, she has a white and saffron crop top with gold trims and a matching very long skirt that is tied to her left hip and open in the front, revealing her legs. The skirt has lots of saffron accenting, and her shoes are orange sandals with ties on them.
Personality
Meena is a very passionate, charismatic, and outgoing person, loving nothing more than to share her passion. Having a playful personality, she loves to sing, dance, and express herself, always being ready to defend her passions.

- May 27th, 2022: She makes her debut with speaking lines in the episode "The Eclipse - Phase Two".
Etymology
Meena is a girl's name of Hindi origin. It is derived from "maina" which is ultimately from Sanskrit "madana-s", meaning "joyful".
Fleur is a French word meaning "flower".
In Hindi, her name would be spelled "मीना फ़्लुअर".

- She auditioned for Rainbow Vision, showing a hidden interest in music.

- The Storm Twins sabotaged her in The Semi Finals Begin, in which she performed "Navaratna". The De’Vious twins helped her out and got revenge by sabotaging Natasha, Nicole and Heather, during her song "Look by Natasha".
- Original listings on both Target and Amazon had listings for a doll with a "Neon Orange" color scheme. Many assumed that these listings were for Meena, but upon her release, it was revealed her official theme color is "Saffron Gold". Allegedly, this is because the "Neon Orange" character was replaced by Meena sometime during production, and they were then made a part of the upcoming Series 5.
