"Meet the New Headmistress" (alternately titled as "Rainbow High: Pacific Coast") is the thirty-fourth episode released for the animated series Rainbow High, and the first episode of Season 3.
Official Description
Not only does Pacific Coast High have the same kind of amazing arts classes that Rainbow High does, but they also have a reality show! On the latest episode, the students find out that their new headmistress is none other than the iconic PARIS HILTON!! So of course, they immediately start planning the ultimate welcome party to greet her! 🎉 But will drama keep the party from even happening?! 🤯 Classes and the beach itself may never be the same again!
Plot
The episode begins with Bella, Sheryl, Gabriella, Daria, and Stella watching an episode of Pacific Coast High’s reality show before leaving for the school. The show’s episodes begins with Pacific Coast students, Simone Summers, Hali Capri, Margot De Perla, Finn Rosado, Phaedra Westward, and Harper Dune, learning that their new headmistress is Paris Hilton. While everyone was being interviewed, Phaedra and Simone start fighting over Simone accidentally breaking Phaedra’s makeup palette.
Ms. Hilton finally arrives and offers to give some advice to each student. She advises Hali to take time for herself, Harper to use her voice more with her friends, Simone to see the world more from her really eyes rather than through her camera lens, Phaedra to share the spotlight with her friends, and points out to Finn how the other girls are crushing on him. The episode ends with a sneak peek of Paris and the Pacific Coast High students partying in the next episode of the show. After watching the episode, Bella daydreams her time at Pacific Coast High before leaving with Sheryl and Gabriella.

- When Ms. Hilton speaks with Finn, she makes a reference to her song "Stars Are Blind".
- Before this episode aired, The Vi Life had an exclusive episode with Hali, Margot, and Harper. Harper has a scene solely focuses on her, and the shot used is her intro shot. The one used in Violet’s episode is different from the official one, with the background being changed for the official episode. It is unknown why they did this change.

- During the first dance sequence in the Malibu Dreamin’ music video, Simone, Hali and Phaedra’s sunglasses disappear and re-appear multiple times throughout the dance.
