Michelle St. Charles is an all-around character introduced in 2023. She is a student at Rainbow High that focuses in Fashion Design with a second focus in Music.
Character Description
You can say her style is cutting edge. Growing up in New Orleans, she went to go see her grandfather play in jazz clubs, giving her a deep love for music. Michelle learned about fashion from a young age from her mom who was a seamstress in the French Quarter. In her mom's store she was surrounded by southern hospitality and learned how treating others with kindness and respect is one of the most important qualities a person can have. She also learned to stick up for herself and stick far away from drama!

Physical Appearance[]
Michelle has dark skin and a medium build with chestnut brown eyes. Her hair is medium length and straight, being neon orange colored with baby hairs on her hairline. For makeup she has silvery neon orange eyeshadow, thick black eyeliner, black mascara, and bold light orange lipstick.
Outfit[]
Michelle wears a neon orange sleeves knit dress with a tight neckline and a translucent neon orange belt with silver buckles. Over this she wears a clear plastic jacket with many designs on it, along with white fabric boots with bright neon orange heels attached. For accessories, she wears silver clips and silver earrings that dangle.
Personality
Michelle is described as being a very friendly, sweet, and down to earth person that wants nothing more then to help people. Growing up in the south, she learned lots of hospitality and kindness, being able to give that to everyone she meets.

St. Charles is a rare surname with French origins, possibly being a reference to the Midwest city of St. Charles, Missouri.

Although they didn't seem to get along very well at first, at the end of Project Rainbow they proved to be very in tune.

- January 26th, 2023: Michelle's doll in box is leaked online with the other Rainbow High Series 5 dolls.
- January 31st, 2023: More photos of her and the other dolls of the line are leaked.
- February 1st, 2023: The official Rainbow High Instagram account posts a promotional photo of her.
Trivia
- Michelle is the first doll to feature orange lipstick.
- Her doll is one of few that features very long nails, somewhat resembling Lola's nails on her doll, as she is one of the first dolls to have these nails.
