Naomi Storm is an all-around character introduced in 2022. She is a student at Shadow High that focuses in Art Direction.
Character Description
Meet Naomi Storm: loud and always right — even when she isn’t. Naomi was born 1 minute before her sister Veronica — and she never lets her forget it. Before high school, they were the breakout child stars of the hit tween drama “Wonder Models” where they played the youngest and most stylish twin models in history. Far from her sweetheart on-camera persona, Naomi is temperamental — you’d better run when you see her coming. At Shadow High, Naomi loves to be in control, so art direction was a natural fit for her — she is the one creating the worlds and overall aesthetics. And her favorite subject and inspiration is naturally herself. Naomi commands every space she enters with her signature model walk; every surface is her runway, even is she's just walking a few feet. Her and Veronica share the same cunning ways, even though their personalities and massively different.

Physical Appearance[]
Naomi is a teenage girl with a medium build and a pale, purple-ish skin tone. She is slightly taller and physically bigger than her sister due to being slightly older than her. She has long, softly curled dark purple hair with streaks of magenta, teal, and black, that is parted down the middle in an oil slick pattern. The front section of her hair is tied up into a half up half down pigtail style, with two loose tendrils. Her eyes are a pale blue. Her makeup consists of intricate oil slick rainbow eyeshadow, with purple and black ombre lipstick. She also has purple freckles across the bridge of her nose and cheeks. Her style is described as being attention-grabbing and fashion-forward, with accents such as latex and faux fur.
Her face sculpt features a more slender face shape, and a more upturned eyeshade than the original face sculpt.
Outfits[]
Naomi's main outfit consists of a matching oil slick black leather studded bralette and pencil skirt, with a long sleeved oil slick black fluffy jacket with silver details and pointed studs sewn through it. As for shoes she wears tall black broken glass patterned oil slick heels, and she also wears large studded silver hoop earrings decorated with gothic letter fonts of "S" and "H".
Personality
Similar to her sister Veronica, Naomi has a very rude and sassy personality, loving nothing more than messing with and sabotaging Rainbow High. She also always sticks by her sister's side, with them often teaming up to cause trouble and chaos and brag about her school and it’s achievements. She also might as well go even far as to use extreme measures to get what she wants, even if that means sabotage.

Naomi is a Hebrew girls' name that has origins from both the Christian and Hebrew Bibles. It is associated with calmness and friendliness, something rather out of character for her, which is likely intentional for laughs.
Storm[]
Storm is a pretty rare German, English, and Dutch surname that is a direct reference to storms and weather.

Veronica Storm[]
Naomi and Veronica Storm are twin sisters. They want revenge on Rainbow High and start plotting to sabotage them during Rainbow Vision. They like challenging first years and are set on always being better than their rival school, Rainbow High. They often bicker with each other, with Veronica teasing her and Naomi often physically snapping at her when she does this, but still get along most of the time.

She talks to Luna a few times and they seem to smile at each other and have good energy, hinting that they are friends.
Heather Grayson[]
Although she is a first year, Naomi and her twin sister respect and are good friends with Heather.
Enemies[]
Holly and Laurel De'Vious[]
Because the De'Vious twins go to Rainbow High and she and her sister lost to them at Twin Con 15 years ago, there is always tension between them. This causes many fights and issues when they see each other.
Sunny Madison[]
The Storm Twins dislike Sunny, as she goes to Rainbow High as Luna’s polar opposite as shown in the Season 3 episode "The Eclipse - Phase Two".

- April 1st, 2022: Naomi and her sister debut in the episode "Not A Typical Day".
- May 19th, 2022: Naomi and Veronica's stock photos leak and get added to Amazon's website.
- May 23rd, 2022: She is officially released, along with her sister and is availed in stores.
Trivia
- Naomi and her sister Veronica, are the third revealed set of twins: the first pair are the De'Vious twins and the second are the Madison twins.
- Naomi has a similar hairstyle and fur coat jacket to Stella Monroe.
- Despite obviously being slightly older than her sister, she acts more immature than her, often being loud and aggressive, the complete opposite of Veronica.
- Naomi is one of the few characters with a multicolored palette, in her case being sleek oil slick purple and black tones.
