Neon Shadow is a punk pop band from Shadow High, consisting of Harley Limestone, Uma Van Hoose, and Mara Pinkett, who are all third year Shadow High students. They competed in the auditions and moved on to the semifinals and later on the finals for Rainbow Vision, making it in the top three.

They seem to know her or be friends with her, due to them talking about her freeze up last time she sang in front of an audience.

They are open to work with Coco as their manager, even though she's a Rainbow High student since they haven't signed a manager yet, Uma said she just needs to watch their performance and they'll talk later.

- Mara and Harley's instruments seem to be recolors from the Rainbow Dream instruments in the Rockstar collection.
- Unlike most of the other Shadow High students, they have unusually bright skin colors, before the Shadow High Series 2 dolls were released.
