The New Friends dolls are a collection of three dolls with different body types. This line conists of the characters Pinkly Paige, Blu Brooks, and Lilac Lane.

Mid-March, 2023: Concept art of the dolls is leaked, under the working title of "Body Dolls"
Early July, 2023: The dolls Stock Photos are leaked on various websites.
Mid-August, 2023: The dolls are found in stores.
September 5th, 2023: The dolls are available to order on Walmart.
Trivia
This series debuts new body sculpts in the line.
This is the first Rainbow high series to feature unique packaging for each character. Each character’s box features a different background and box inserts, rather than the usual standardized packaging that is used for every doll in a series.
Early leaks implied that Blu was originally intended to have a shorter body type, but she was changed to be curvy instead. She is the same height as an average Rainbow High doll, but is the shortest out of the series, since Pinkly and Lilac are both taller.
