Not A Typical Day is the thirty-fifth episode released for the animated series Rainbow High, and the second episode of Season 3.

After coming back from the set of Pacific Coast High 🏖 the Rainbow High crew is back! But today has just been... WEIRD. What's going on?!
Plot
The episode begins with Bella, Sheryl, and Gabriella coming back to Rainbow High after their project at Pacific Coast High. They're then greeted by Jade and their friends who let them in on the tea they've missed. The scene then goes in a classroom where Sunny's animations suddenly turn black, white and gray, confusing and worrying her. She gets angry, believing someone she knows is behind the trouble and storms off. Meanwhile, other students are also facing similar problems. Daphne shows off her new handmade necklace on a mannequin, which in turn is connected to and activates a hairdryer that blows and destroys the necklace. She learns that someone swapped her extra strong jewelry thread with heat-dissolving thread. When Poppy was playing music to her classmates, a voice takes over the audio, claiming they’re coming for Rainbow High. The pranks leave all the students worried and suspecting their rival school, Shadow High to be the one behind the trouble.
An announcement suddenly comes on, with someone impersonating Ms. Wright to get all students into the auditorium. In the auditorium, everyone watches in fear as two students from Shadow High announce that this year’s Rainbow Vision will be different. After the show, the two Shadow High students, revealed to be Naomi and Veronica Storm, drive off into the night. Meanwhile, Sunny confessed to her friends that she knows someone who goes to Shadow High: her evil twin sister.

Errors[]
- In the very next shot after Sunny storms off, the locker of the Black Beanie Boy is actually the locker leading to the archives (as seen by the unique color code), introduced in "The Rainbow High Crest Quest!". As such, there is no way this could be an actual locker.
- Additionally, the Black Beanie Boy is seen both opening his locker and in the classroom with Daphne in the very next shot.
- Throughout the entire episode, Bella’s hair is colored a lighter pink than usual.
- When Laurel says “No Way!”, to the A's, her lips do not move.
- Sometimes the back Violet’s fur jacket is not present in some scenes.
Other[]
- When originally posted, this episode was called "A Weird School Day", and then a few hours later it was renamed to “Not A Typical Day”. The title was changed for unknown reasons.
