Phaedra Westward is an all-around character introduced in 2022. She is a student at Pacific Coast High that focuses in Cosmetology.
Character Description
Phaedra Westward is the kind of girl that everyone knows, or wants to know, because her star is on the rise. A self-proclaimed girl boss and mogul in the making, she has an entrepreneurial spirit that is unmatched. A girl with many talents (and side hustles), her current obsession is building her empire with her very own beauty brand - inspired by the beach of course.
At Pacific Coast High, she is a cosmetology focus, with an emphasis on the science of beauty and natural ingredients. She’s always following the hottest skincare trends and loves to use her friends to help her test out her latest products.

Physical Appearance[]
Phaedra is a dark skinned teenage girl with a medium build. Her eyes are brown to pink in color, while her makeup consists of dark eyeshadow with purple liner and plum purple lipstick. She has very straight and long multi colored hair styled into pigtails with baby hairs and resembles a sunset, having bold streaks of purple, orange, yellow and pink.
Outfits[]
She wears a multicolored high neck zip front swimsuit having a snakeskin pattern with little purple bits. She wears a yellow, pink and purple gradient short sarong with white graphic patterns and is tied into the left side of her hips. For her footwear she wears high heeled purple sandals with "Rainbow" graphic on the straps. For accessories she wears a purple visor and two gold scrunchies, and she also comes with clear purple sunglasses and a sunset colored plastic tote bag.
Personality
Phaedra is described as being a drama queen, being into everything drama and tension. She is however a very passionate and talented makeup artist, Rainbow Vision reporter, and more, having big aspirations in life. While her party girl and diva attitude can sometimes hold her back, she has her friends to rely on and learn from.

Phaedra is a classic Greek girls' name that means "bright", referencing her color scheme and the sun.
Westward[]
Westward is a reference to her and her school being on the west coast and also how the sun often is assigned with setting west, as her theme color is “Sunset”.

Simone Summers[]
While Phaedra and Simone are close friends and spend lots of time together, they often argue and get into fights, such as when Simone stepped on and broke Phaedra's makeup palette. Another example is when they tried of for Rainbow Vision Hosts, they didn't seem to pleased with each other.

Harper Dune[]
Both being interested in drama and performance, her and Harper share similar personalities and are friends.
Margot De Perla[]
Phaedra and Margot are rather different and while they hang out together in their large group of friends, they don't spend much one on one time together.
Hali Capri[]
With both of them being strong willed and passionate Hali and Phaedra are friends and hang out together.

Finn Rosado[]
While initially shown to be annoyed by him, after he sweetly talks to her about her makeup, Phaedra them develops a big crush on Finn and begins to feel jealous when he's with the other girls, but it’s not as genuine as the other girls’.

- Phaedra was, along with Harper Dune, the first of the Pacific Coast doll line to be revealed.
- Despite having an official quote, her quote on Amazon is "A little hustle never hurt anybody", having an unknown origin.
- Her rivalry with Simone comes from the fact that they both have opposing color schemes.
- Her name was originally Simone Summers, but they switched names before the release.
- This is the third time that a character's name is changed before release, first being Bella Parker (formerly named as Bella Harper) and the second one being Krystal Bailey (formerly named as Jett Dawson, who later became another character).
- However, Bella's original name wasn't cover by a sticker with her new name unlike Krystal, Simone, and Phaedra.
- Along with also originally having Simone Summers name, Phaedra was originally meant to have the face mold that is used on Simone.
- Phaedra's beach bag appears to make reference to Versace's '90s vintage clear vinyl tote bag.
- She is a co-host for Rainbow Vision TV.
