Priscilla Perez is an all-around character introduced in 2023. She is a student at Rainbow High that focuses in Fashion Design with a second focus in Dance.
Character Description
Priscilla Perez always brings the fun to everything she designs. Her focus on Fashion Design with a second focus in dance gives every one of her artistic interests unique and surprising results. She hails from Argentina and is not a fan of nicknames — it's why her friends call her by her full name: Priscilla Perez. Her "fun" side can sometimes get the best of her, especially when she dreams big and has a hard time following through on that dream. But when it works: look out!

Physical Appearance[]
Priscilla has medium toned skin with a medium build and olive colored eyes. Her hair is very long with a slight wave and is bright flamingo pink colored, being pulled away from her face. As for makeup she wears flamingo pink eyeshadow, black eyeliner, soft pink blush on her cheeks, and dark hot pink lipstick.
Outfits[]
Priscilla wears a flamingo pink sleeves dress with matching flamingo pink studs and jewels near the bust and a belt with a golden buckle. With this she wears long fingerless gloves in the same color with laces going up, as well as golden hoop earrings. She pairs this with a mesh flamingo pink boa and matching flamingo pink pumps with multiple straps around her ankles.
Priscilla is someone who wants to have fun in everything she does, and tries to bring as much of that fun to the rest of her group or their projects as she can. Unfortunately, she can often get carried away with her ideas of fun, and will often sacrifice practicality as a result. She can also be rather pushy with her ideas even if they are causing clear distress to her teammates or end up causing problems. When faced with her failings, she will still stand firm on her design despite the problems and seems to have trouble admitting when her ideas and plans didn’t work out or weren’t good enough.

Priscilla is shown to be very cheerful and easily excited, often bouncing up and down when happy and speaking in a loud voice. She is also shown to be very passionate about her school, from how she describes herself as being "over-the-top".

Priscilla is a Greek name and is the feminine form of the male name Priscus. It also means both "venerable" and "ancient" in the Greek language, referencing its longtime use and history.

Perez is a common Spanish surname that also has Portuguese origins.

Although they didn't seem to get along very well at first, at the end of Project Rainbow they proved to be very in tune.
