Project Déjà Vu is the fifty-eighth episode released for the animated series Rainbow High, and the seventh episode of Season 4.

This week, the designers are going back to the beginning and reusing their first runway looks to create new formal dresses! Rainbow High has to reuse materials from their accessories week, and Shadow High needs to turn their sporty look into high fashion. Can the designers work together under pressure with limited time and resources??
Summary
On this week of Project Rainbow, Maria uses the color wheel to determine this week’s challenge. The result is the Déjà Vu challenge with both teams assigned to reuse materials from their first challenges to create new formal outfits. This week’s team leaders are Michelle and Glitch.
During the creation process, Team Rainbow High decides to use their previous accessories to create a chainmail dress while Team Shadow High chooses to turn their sweatshirt into a ballgown with a droopy train. At the midfield check-in, Maria points out that Team Shadow’s High dress is too dull and Team Rainbow High’s dress is too “costumey”. As the teams continue revising their outfits, Glitch struggles under pressure and begins losing hope as Team Rainbow High is making better progress. Determined to win at all costs, she steals their bag of beads and hides them. Rexx, disliking the act of cheating, purposefully reveals the stolen beads, with Maria witnessing the scene. Though hurt and angered by Glitch’s actions, Michelle encourages her team to take the high road and let it go, and they return to work on their dress.
At the runway, the teams showcase their improved dresses. In the end, Maria praises both teams, but is forced to disqualify Glitch from the competition for cheating. For their acts of honesty and integrity, Michelle and Rexx are rewarded with immunity in next week’s challenge as the remaining contestants prepare to head off to Malibu.

- During the challenge, Glitch deliberately sabotages Rainbow High’s dress by stealing the jewelry beads they needed to finish it. After being exposed for it by Rexx, Maria scolds her for her unprofessional and underhanded move that goes against the Project Rainbow brand and disqualifies her.
