Series 2 is the second signature Rainbow High doll line, featuring 4 new characters; (Stella Monroe, Krystal Bailey, River Kendall, and Karma Nichols), fan-favorite Bella Parker from the animated series, and Amaya Raine from Series 1. It succeeds Series 1 as a signature/basic doll line of which features the main Rainbow High students.
Series 2 released on January 10th, 2021, and is priced at $26.99 USD.

- October 17, 2020: Images of Bella’s doll was leaked.
- October 26, 2020: Stock photos of Bella’s doll were revealed.
- October 30, 2020: Krystal Bailey's doll was revealed by Rainbow High on Instagram.
- November 8, 2020: Bella's doll is officially released.
- November 14, 2020: An Amazon link to Karma was leaked online.
- November 17, 2020: A photo of Karma was teased on the official Rainbow High Instagram page.
- November 30, 2020: Stock photos of Stella, Karma, River, and Amaya dolls were revealed, and a photo of Stella was teased on the Rainbow High Instagram story.
- December 2, 2020: A stock photo of Krystal’s doll was revealed.
- December 7, 2020: Krystal Bailey and River Kendall are showcased on the Ellen DeGeneres show.
- December 8, 2020: Karma, River, Amaya, and Stella are spotted at Targets in California.
- December 10, 2020: Karma, River, Amaya, Stella, Bella, and Krystal have their profiles uploaded to the Rainbow High website.
- December 22, 2020: Krystal Bailey is released.
- January 21, 2021: Karma, Krystal, River, Stella, Bella, and Amaya become available on Amazon.
Trivia
- This is the first basic series that was released earlier than intended. It was originally intended to be released in January 2021 but, was spotted since early December 2020; it’s expected to release in some places in Europe in February 2021.
- This series had slightly more quality control issues than Series 1, due to being slightly rushed.
- Most of the clothes worn by the dolls are inspired by real-life brands.
- Stella Monroe wears the Moschino x H&M Fur Coat.
- Bella Parker wears a Chanel inspired Tweed Two-Piece.
- Bella Parker wears a California Dream Barbie Shirt.
- Bella Parker wears a Pearl Thorn Leather Jacket
- River Kendall's Signature Shirt is inspired by the Supreme 20th Anniversary Box Logo Tee.
- River Kendall wears a jacket inspired by the Gucci-Dapper Dan jacket.
- River wears a shirt inspired by Givenchy Paris.
- This is the first Rainbow High line to feature a male doll.
- River Kendall and Krystal Bailey were once rumored to be Aidan and Ainsley, respectively. This was later debunked after the names were officially revealed.
- This was also unlikely since Krystal and River have darker-toned skin, while Ainsley and Aidan are lighter-skinned.
- Karma and Amaya are the only dolls who aren't based on a shade of blue or pink.
- The dolls' faces are mostly matte, whereas Series 1 dolls' faces had more of an iridescent shimmer to them.
