Ramona Barnes is a cartoon-only character introduced in 2020. Ramona is a famous designer on Broadway and is the idol of Bella Parker and many other creators at Rainbow High. Once a student at Rainbow High, she quickly sprung into stardom and has been inspiring students, designers, actors, and directors for years. She also accompanies the judges as a host of Rainbow Vision, happily seeing new talent blossom and grow.

Ramona appears to have pale skin, brown eyes, ginger eyebrows and scarlet hair which has faint streaks of brown styled into curls. For makeup, she wears scarlet eyeshadow and bright red lipstick.

Ramona wears a lynx fur coat with multiple colors over a bright scarlet shirt with multiple gemstone designs inside. She also wears a bejeweled dark scarlet pencil skirt. For her footwear, she wears dark scarlet platform heels with fur and straps with gold studs, For her accessories, she wears light coral-scarlet winged sunglasses with white gemstone details.
Personality
She appears to be somewhat reserved and quiet, though she is gentle and kind. She is described as being old school and likes things done by the book, though is always as respectful as can be when it comes to new and upcoming artists and works.

Ramona is a Spanish and German name for girls that means "wise protector". It is commonly used now, being used in lots of different countries and territories.
Barnes[]
Barnes is a Norse and English surname that was used and given to people who worked at barns and farms, likely connected by the color of barns (scarlet) and Ramona’s scarlet palette.

Revealing that they had gone to school together, she and Ms. Wright have a friendly relationship, both having similarly distant and artistic personalities and desires.
Ms. Hilton[]
Both her and Ms. Hilton are judges for Rainbow Vision, but their relationship has not been shown much in the animated series. It is assumed they are on good terms due to the fact of them both being judges and not having an issue with it.

While Bella has been shown to be in pure awe of Ms. Barnes and her works, it was unknown if she knew of Bella's existence. She has however met her and is very impressed by her work, even nominating her and her group mates as the winners of Radiant Week and offering them the chance to work at Pacific Coast High.
