Rockstars is the fifth Rainbow High doll line, featuring 3 new characters (Vanessa Tempo, Lyric Lucas and Carmen Major). It succeeds Winter Break as a themed doll line of which features new Rainbow High students.
The Rockstars line is exclusive to Target and were released on October 3rd, 2021 at $49.99.

- RAINBOW HIGH INSPIRES CREATIVITY: The stage is set, and these fabulous Rockstar Fashion Dolls are ready to rise to the top of the charts! Each themed playset comes with 2 outfits and their own signature musical instrument. When you put all 3 dolls together, they become one rock and roll band, ready to hit the stage for their performance.
- SHOWSTOPPING FASHIONS: Vanessa Tempo follows the beat to her own drum. She loves thrifting and mixing fashion highs and lows to create her own iconic look. She's ready to conquer the stage alongside her other Rockstar bandmates. She comes wearing a graphic knit t-shirt, with a white jean top, ripped patched denim jeans with gold threading, plaid gloves, gold necklace & bracelets, and graphic printed work boots. Her second outfit is a white graphic top, ripped patched denim dress, green mod jacket with gold watch & earrings with platform heels.

Timeline
- August 12th, 2021: Target listings popped up for the Rockstar dolls.
- August 23rd, 2021: Prototype stock photos showed up on the Rockstar dolls listings.
- September 8th, 2021: Official stock photos and descriptions were up on Target.
- October 3rd, 2021: The dolls were officially released.
