Roxie Grand is an all-around character introduced in 2022. She is a student at Rainbow High that focuses in Styling.
Character Description
Roxie Grand just got back from her summer internship styling celebrity influencers, Harmony Bonjour and Diana K, and she's never felt more on top of the world. Roxie grew up on the Upper East Side of NYC and was invited front-row to every show at fashion week by the 8th grade. At Rainbow High, she's the queen bee of styling - nicknamed "The Boss" by the whole department. She's styling the gowns for The Rainbow Divas big Rainbow Vision performance, and these are the looks she's been waiting for her whole life.

Roxie’s hair is diamond colored and tied into a ponytail, with her front hair parted off to the side, and she has baby hairs. She has lilac purple eyes and diamond colored and deep rainbow eyeshadow forming a diamond-like texture. She has deep rainbow details right under her eyes and long black eyeliner. Her lips are mahogany and she has red blush.

Roxie wears a mermaid-like diamond colored dress with multiple gems and rhinestones on her corset. The dress is iridescent white and shimmery. She has studded white heels with multiple rhinestones and gems for details on the shoes. Her nails are diamond like, iridescent white, and long. She wears multiple bracelets with multiple diamond painted on details, and a necklace with a pendant. She also wears reused diamond like gem earrings, and they are first seen on Sabrina St. Cloud, only hers being her theme color.
Personality
Not much is known about her but, she seems like a quiet but sassy person, also being worried about dresses being destroyed during Rainbow Vision. She loves drama and is passionate about her talents.

Roxie is short for Roxanne and is used as a reference to rocks and diamonds in this case.

Grand is a French and English surname that is associated with great size and power.

- Printed on her box it states “She made her dress herself” but in the animated series, Jewel Richie designed it for her.
