Season 5, alternatively titled Rainbow World, is the fifth season of the animated show Rainbow High that ran throughout 2024.
Season 5 was first leaked via Instagram with trailers. Various YouTube shorts were also released before the season for promotional content, with Sunny explaining what will happen in the season, additionally adding of what is happening in Rainbow World and the things she experienced there from her trip.
Season premise
Get ready for new friends, new adventures, and a lot of SPARKLE! This season, best friends Bella, Ruby, Poppy, Sunny, Jade, Skyler, Violet, and Amaya have been chosen by Ms. Morton for a very important mission: the people in Rainbow World have lost their sparkle! Trivia
- This season mainly took place in Rainbow World, but featured Rainbow High in some episodes.
- This is the 1st season where it broke the streak of any member of The A's (including Avery and Ainsley) showing up in every season.
- The first 3 episodes were aired on the same date, possibly due to them being leaked early in March. After that, the series resumed as usual, with one episode every two weeks.
- This is the shortest season and the shortest on air time.
- This season has no full story-arc to it, but rather every episode being about a different topic, like Seasons 1 and 2.
