As a photographer, she loves to document and share all her explorations visually. At Pacific Coast High, she specializes in underwater photography and is always looking for new and innovative ways to find that perfect shot. Her pictures are so stunning that they've been published in fashion and photography blogs.

Simone is a tan skinned teenage girl with a thin build, with her eyes being purple to pink in color. Her makeup consists of glittery coral to orange toned eyeshadow and warm pink lipstick. She has long and shiny hair tied into a high ponytail, being mainly salmon but also having streaks of orange, yellow, coral, and pink.

- December 3rd, 2021: Rainbow High's official Instagram tease Pacific Coast with the dolls and playset.
- December 25th, 2021: Along with the others, her stock photos are officially released.
- January 11th, 2022: Her official artwork was posted to the official website.
- February 1st, 2022: Her doll was officially released.
- March 25th, 2022: She debuted in "Meet the New Headmistress" with speaking lines.
Trivia
- Her name was originally going to be Phaedra Westward, but they switched names before the release.
- This is the third time that a character's name is changed before release, first being Bella Parker (formerly named as Bella Harper) and the second one being Krystal Bailey (formerly named as Jett Dawson, who later became another character).
- However, Bella's original name wasn't covered by a sticker with her new name unlike Krystal, Simone, and Phaedra.
- Her visor, outfit, and beach bag reference Louis Vuitton. The visor appears to be inspired by the Louis Vuitton Sun Visor Azur, and her outfit and bag sport a pattern that is similar to the brand's staple pattern, which includes various shapes. Her bag is similar to the Louis Vuitton canvas tote bag and the Onthego MM Monogram Raffia Shoulder Bag.
