Sister-Sister Talent Show is the seventy-fifth episode released for the animated series Rainbow High, and the tenth episode of Season 5.
Official Description
All the Rainbow High girls are having fun hanging out with their little sisters, except Amaya. Opal is a bookworm and really wants to finish her favorite book before practicing for the talent show with her big sister Amaya. Will they make it to the talent show?
Plot
The episode starts at Rainbow High as Ms. Wright's voice is heard over the loudspeaker telling everyone to meet with their siblings. When they hear this, all of the little sisters join up with their older sisters, spending the day hanging out and meeting at the Rainbow Union. Once there, everyone converses with their sisters, except for Opal, who is deep in a book. This makes Amaya start to feel inferior and worried for the talent show, with Jade and her little sister Emerald checking in on her. Amaya reveals she's unsure if Opal even wants to do the show, explaining how much this worries and upsets her.
Hearing this, Jade reminds Amaya that she's always changing, too, giving her the courage to strike up a conversation with Opal. Despite her effort, Opal is more interested in her book, with this silently telling Amaya to stop trying to ask her. After this, Ms. Wright is seen in the auditorium as she introduces some of the talent show acts, starting with Skyler and Sapphire singing the first half of their song, "Sparkleglow". Next, Ruby and Apple perform their talents, with Daisy and Amethyst following shortly behind. While all of this is happening, Amaya is seen backstage still unsure of what to do for the show, with Jade and Emerald trying their best to comfort her.
After briefly talking, Amaya decides to head out, with Opal just having finished her book. Right before Jade and Emerald go onstage for their performance, Opal asks them where Amaya is, leading Opal to chase her down and find her. While this is happening, Jade and Emerald perform their spoken word show, loved by the audience. Once Opal finds Amaya, she apologizes for ignoring her and reveals that she wants to perform a dance, with Amaya happily agreeing. Now united, the girls perform their dance for the school, with this reuniting them as sisters and ending the episode on a happy note.

- The little siblings Apple, Coral, Emerald, Sapphire, and Opal make their first appearances in this episode.
- This is the first episode all season to not show or mention anything about Rainbow World.
- Jett makes her first appearance all season, along with Emi as a cameo appearance.
Errors[]
- Despite claiming to be in the talent show, Poppy and Coral do not appear DJing as said earlier in the episode.
- When Opal was talking to Amaya in the Atrium, one clip didn’t have the lockers, nor the unicorn.
Other[]
- Sapphire is the only sister to not speak at all throughout the episode, leaving her potential voice actress as a mystery.
- While all of the main girls appear together with their sisters, Bella is nowhere to be seen and not mentioned at all.
- The first half of the song "Sparkleglow" made its debut in this episode, while only the second half of it played in other episodes.
- The book Opal reads is actually Little Women, a novel by Luisa May Alcott.
