Stella Monroe is an all-around character introduced in 2020. She is a student at Rainbow High that focuses in Cosmetology.
Character Description
Not many can claim that they were literally raised in a castle, but nothing about Stella Monroe's life has been typical. The daughter of a marquess in a family that can trace their lineage back to kings and queens, Stella was born in the lap of luxury and has been trying to escape it ever since. While she was going to all the parties, walking all the runways and meeting everybody who's anybody, Stella found her true passion wasn't in the spotlight, but behind the scenes - hairstyling.

Physical Appearance[]
Stella is a fair-skinned teenage girl with a medium build. She has fuchsia pink hair with subtle lighter pink highlights that is parted down the middle. The front sections of her hair are tied up into a half up half down pigtail style. She has light blue eyes. Her makeup consists of fuchsia pink cut-crease eyeshadow with a glitter highlight, and graphic white liner. She wears pink lipstick and has a beauty mark above her lip. Her preferred style is described as being very extravagant and attention-grabbing, with luxurious details such as faux fur, sequins, and rhinestones.
Outfits[]
Stella's primary outfit consists of a metallic fuchsia top, a short white rhinestone pencil skirt with cutouts that reveal a metallic fuchsia underskirt, and a lighter fuchsia faux fur jacket with black and gold embroidered details. Her shoes are a pair of fuchsia pointed-toe heels, with gold toe boxes and black soles. The shoes also have the word "RAINBOW" in gold lettering along the top of each gold toe box. She also wears a pair of transparent fuchsia mesh fishnet socks that read "RAINBOW" in black lettering around the band of each sock.
Stella's second outfit consists of a shocking fuchsia bustier with lace trim, a white mesh-over shirt with a glittery gold dot pattern, and a shocking fuchsia knee-length skirt with a fuchsia sequined tulle overlay. Her shoes are a pair of fuchsia heels with baby pink straps and painted gold studs. The heels have black soles.
Personality
Coming from living as literal royalty, Stella has a very posh and entitled view of the world. She is shown to be very dramatic and over the top, not holding back on expressing her emotions. With this also comes her habit to often overreact, doing so to ridiculous levels. She is however very friendly and energetic, and loves exploring her passions and learning more about other ways of living.

Bella Parker[]
Stella first meets Bella when she becomes part of her runway group, happily introducing all her friends. She does reveal however that most of this was done so that her and her friends could discover how Bella came back to Rainbow High, something Bella was uncomfortable with. Stella said Bella is the only friend that she knows the most. Their friendship is pretty strong.
Georgia Bloom[]
Georgia and Stella are both seen checking the roles for the twins play together they're also seen somewhat together in the rainbow union. There's not much about their friendship but we can assume they're good friends.
Karma Nichols[]
While not much is known, Stella and Karma have been shown together very often in the background, often talking in the halls. They are also revealed to both be on the cheerleading team, likely bonding over that.
Sheryl Meyer[]
Stella is first shown dramatically pushing Sheryl out of the way in their first appearance, later rectifying it by stating they went out for tea. They are however shown to still butt heads later, often annoying each other with their over the top personalities.
Daria Roselyn[]
They are roommates so it is assumed that they get along well.

She seems to be a fan of Glitch as she wanted to take a selfie with her.

Etymology
Stella[]
Stella is an Italian feminine given name, meaning “star”.
Monroe[]
Monroe is a Scottish surname. It is used here as a reference to classic actress Marilyn Monroe and her famous pink dress.
Trivia
- She grew up in a castle and is British royalty.
- She sung a song for Rainbow Vision but, the judges didn't like it and she was eliminated.
- Stella was the first Series 2 character, aside from Bella, to appear in the episodes, starting with "Double Date Disaster".
- She is the only student at Rainbow High that has a British accent.
- Harper Dune also has an accent but, she goes to Pacific Coast High.
- Similar to Kia Hart, she has a tiny mole right above her lip.
- Her theme color is sometimes listed along with “Hot Pink”.
- Although she didn't go to Junior High because she's British, she has a Junior High doll.
- Stella's Series 2 artwork is drawn with her second outfit shoes instead of her first, she also wears her second outfit shoes in her CGI Model in the animated series.
- She may be taking a Minor in Textiles and Fashion as we see her taking Jett Dawson's Class discussing textiles with 1st Year Textile Students in Season 2 in Episode 2 " The Jett Dawson ".
