The Assistant is a cartoon-only character introduced in 2021. He is a student at Rainbow High that is occasionally seen in the background often following the De'Vious twins. He is also the personal assistant of both Laurel De'Vious and Holly De'Vious, helping with their filming and lighting.
Looks
Physical Appearance[]
He is a tan skinned teenage boy with beige hair with black roots styled on a pompadour, deep purple to azure blue eyes, thick brown eyebrows and nude brown lips.
Outfit[]
He wears a light mint t-shirt layered over by a denim beige colored shirt printed with repeating texts of "RAINBOW" and RH logos, he accessorizes with a silver necklace with letter pendants that spell "RAINBOW" each hanging on the chain. He wears shorts that pairs with his shirt. For his footwear, he puts on grey socks and white sneakers with gold accents.
Personality
He is rather dramatic and very loyal to the De'Vious twins (probably out of fear). He's also is fairly aggressive to certain students and sends judgmental looks to them, but is rather polite to those who are nice to him.

Although he helps them with their lighting and and follows them around to obey them, The twins show anger towards him resulting him being in fear around them. He follows them around in most scenes and basically works for them, fetching drinks, doing there unwanted activities, fanning them ect. but mostly gets along with them.

Avery Styles[]
He warns Avery with fear to stop talking about the twins, as they might hear her, and potentially offend them.
River Kendall[]
The Assistant is seen with the twins when River comes on to stage and reads out "I've always had a crush on you". The assistant is seen looking at him longingly.

- Like Emerald, who was introduced at the same time as him, the Assistant use many similar (if not simply recolored) pieces from other characters:
- His clothes are similar to Aidan's, however it also shows some difference with the texture, and the "rainbow" necklace.
- He uses the classic boy hairstyle.
- In short, his outfit is based on assets from other characters but also has some unique elements: it was much more worked on than Emerald, maybe because he was bound to have a more important role right when it was designed (whereas Emerald stays a backgrounder).
- He prefers to be called only "The Assistant" so his real name is unknown.
- In the voice actors credit tab at the end of each episode, his name is credited as “Assistant”.
- Karma mentions that he cleans the unicorn statue every night. Why he does this is unknown.
- He has a weakness to the word 'please'.
- He performed in Rainbow Vision but only got one spotlight from the Principal of Pacific Coast, Paris Hilton because he was “hilarious".
