Summary
The episode begins at Rainbow High where all the main girls are first seen in their dorms, with everyone later on meeting at the Rainbow Union. When they all sit down, everyone talks about what they'll be doing for their staycation, with Jade and Skyler talking about how they'll spend all their time relaxing, with Bella and Ruby discussing their plans to revamp the Rainbow Union. After this Poppy talks about starting baking while Amaya shares how she's upset with an online personality test. Lastly from the group, Violet and Sunny discuss how they'll spend their time, with everyone excited to begin.
Skyler and Jade pair up first and spend time in their dorms, with them making it very clear they're planning on doing nothing. This does however bore them and they end up doing things, including the laundry and testing out tons of Jade's makeup. While they're doing this Poppy begins baking, with her picking a very complicated recipe. Amaya sees this and urges her to go a little simpler, with Amaya then joining Poppy in baking her cookies.
As both girls bake, Skyler and Jade then check on them, only to find tons of baked goods they girls made. They taste the sweets and love them, with Poppy explaining how her baking is a representation of her love for art and music. After this, Bella and Ruby are focused on next, with both girls sitting in the Rainbow Union and brainstorming. With them both having ideas for an art project for it, they write their ideas and put them in Ruby's hat, with them pulling multiple ideas and being unsure of all of them. Amaya then comes in to check on the girls, with them both being burnout and frustrated.
The girls tell Amaya why they can't decide, with Amaya telling them that they don't have to choose only one, with this in turn making Amaya reflect and feel better about not getting a straight answer on her color quiz. With new inspiration, the girls get to work on their project, with them crocheting and wrapping it around the tree in the Rainbow Union, with Kia seeing this and loving it. As they finish up, Sunny and Violet can be seen in the hallways, with Violet in a panic after realizing she can't find her phone. Remembering it might be with Stella, they reach out to her and find it, with Violet being unable to see Stella to get it till the end of the day.
As the girls walk past the lockers, a yellow crystalline mass falls out of one of the lockers, with Sunny and Violet running to it to examine. Sunny sees it and thinks it's an egg, with Violet being unsure. Despite this uncertainty, both girls treat the mass like an egg, with them taking it to their dorm to dress it up and take care of it. While they wait the mass starts shaking and floating, with a yellow crystalline creature emerging from it, with Sunny calling it "Eggy Boo". Obviously being shocked, the girls are in disbelief but also comfort the creature, with the episode ending right after this.
