But Ms. Morton has an EPIC idea that will help our girls work together: a Salon Escape Room Challenge! Will they make a GR8 Hair-scape? Or crumble under the pressure? It’s a race against the clock at Rainbow High!
Jade’s runway designs are complete, and now it’s time to show Poppy, Skyler and Violet. The girls want Jade to change up their looks, but she’s running out of time and hasn’t even started the other designs yet!
It’s challenge time! Ms. Morton has a new team bonding game for the girls: A Salon Escape Room! Can they work as a team to solve the clues and make it out before time runs out?
Plot
Jade kicks the episode off by showing her customized runway makeup looks to Poppy, Skyler, and Violet. While they agreed they were good each of the girls had critiques, ultimately asking Jade to redo them. This upsets her and she leaves, having Bella come to check on her. Ruby and Sunny then join the group in meeting Ms. Morton in person.
After everyone gets to know Ms. Morton, she reveals that she has to leave and will be leaving the girls to study. They then go back to their dorms where Jade is revealed to not want to come out of her room, only coming out when the lights go off. Avery and Ainsley come in and lead the girls to a special escape room Ms. Morton planned for them. After finding the first clue, the girls realize they each need to find a colored comb to unlock the room. They end up doing this and Bella unlocks the door, only to find tons of hair products.
The girls are excited and happily ask Jade to do their hair, a surprise for her. Jade reveals she thought her friends didn't like her work anymore, to where they apologized for being too picky and harsh. Once at amends Jade gives each girl a customized hair style that they are all grateful for. When Ms. Morton finds them she at first appears angry at the girls for goofing off, but comes to terms with the girls working happily as a team.
