The Heat Is On! is the eightieth episode released for the animated series Rainbow High, and the second episode of Season 6.
Official Description
Shimmers Amaya and Violet portal jump to the beginning of the Rainbow, but something is different—the sky is bright red, and it’s SUPER hot! Even their pets are tired from the heat! Violet is eager to find the Crystal Palace fast, but Amaya wants to be careful. Can the girls work together to find the hidden Crystal Palace and restore the balance of the crystal at the beginning of the Rainbow?
Plot
The episode starts with Skyler showing off her outfit transformation to everyone, impressing and surprising them. Ruby then congratulates Amaya, Skyler, Violet and Amaya bout their rings. Ms. Morton then enters the spa, assigning the girls new tasks, with Jade, Ruby, Poppy and Sunny to learn more about the book, and Violet and Amaya to portal jump to the beginning of the Rainbow, where everything there is red and hot.
When they got there, Amaya and Violet have an argument of where to go to check the trees, with Violet climbing the rocks and Amaya taking the path, also singing "It’s Time to Save the Day!". After that, Violet climbs up the tree that has the Moonbow Crystal on it, touching it while commanding it to take her to the crystal palace, with her soon falling off of the tree. She calls out for Amaya, and after some struggle, they apologize to each other and Amaya pulls Violet up.
They then get transported to the crystal palace via a portal that appeared on the tree and get transformed into their crystalline outfits. They then use the power from their rings to rebalance the Moonbow Crystal, restoring the colors and cooling down the area. They gain back their trusts and the episode ends on a reflection.
