Uma Van Hoose is an all-around character introduced in 2022. She is a student at Shadow High that focuses in Music - Guitar.
Character Description
Uma had the time of her life growing up at the skate parks of Venice Beach, where she became super popular from her ability to shred on her board while she was shredding on her guitar-though her parents would get pretty upset at the number of guitars she broke with her stunt. To earn money for more guitars, Uma would play impromptu shows on the boardwalk, belting out awesome lyrics about everyone who passed by-and what they were wearing. Uma is confident and bubbly, and always there to help or hold back Harley when she gets into a fight. She's a big romantic but it mostly backfires because dudes can be intimidated by her confidence-oh well, their loss. Uma can't wait to graduate from Shadow High so she can move back to LA and live in a warehouse with other artists and musicians-and the rest of Neon Shadow. She just has to convince them LA is still punk rock!

Physical Appearance[]
Uma has long and curly neon blue and indigo hair that reaches her knees. She also wears subtle pink and purple eyeshadow with light pink lips, and has a small purple broken heart drawn under her left eye.
Outfits[]
Her first outfit is a deep neon blue crop top with matching sequins and a white mesh trim with a black belt. Her pants are half black and half neon blue plaid with tons of silver zippers and chains on them. She pairs them with neon blue stilettos that say "SH". She wears a black police hat with the word "Shadow" in silver.
Her second outfit consists of a sleeves white crop top with a black and white cartoon character on it, as well as a deep neon blue velvet jacket with black buttons and black studded sleeves. With this she wears an indigo plaid skirt and heeled black, white, and dark periwinkle sandals.
Personality
She is shown to be very confident and also a very bubbly person. She is also daring and dreams big, never letting anyone get in her way of making them all come true.

- She is the first doll to have blueish colored skin.
- While being marketed as a blue character, her color scheme leans much more to the indigo color spectrum.
- She is the only Neon Shadow member who’s instrument is not a recolor of any Rainbow Dream's instruments.
