"Welcome Back, Bella!" is the nineteenth episode released for the animated series Rainbow High, and the first episode of Season 2.
Official Description
It's Bella's first day back at Rainbow High, and she's feeling a little (*ahem* VERY) overwhelmed. She has three new roommates who want her to SPILL ALL THE TEA about how she was un-expelled from Rainbow High, and she's running into new faces and new drama at every turn. Will she spill the tea? And where are her old friends when she needs them?
Plot
Bella wakes up in her new dorm to see that Stella, Daria, and Sheryl are all watching her. They are confused until Bella reveals to them that she is their new roommate, with them revealing to her that she isn't their first. Stella goes over the two previous students, with this making Bella nervous. Daria then changes the subject and leads everyone to the kitchen to make some food and talk.
Stella kindly gives Bella a cup of tea, only to badger her with questions on how she got back in at Rainbow High. Before she can answer Sheryl butts in too, trying to comfort Bella to the best of her abilities. Stella then reels her back in and all the girls begin berating Bella with over the top theories of how she got back in to school. Bella once again changes the subject and Sheryl goes to check the laundry, with her terrified after realizing she stained everyone's clothes. Daria gets upset over this and so does Stella after seeing her ruined lipstick, and the girls all argue over the top. Seeing this chaos Bella quickly leaves to find her friends.
Bella then goes in the hallways where she is shown to be being watched by the other classmates, such as Kia and Colin. After this Holly and Laurel dramatically appear and welcome Bella to school, being very catty and belittling along the way. After this other students try to get to Bella, with Karma being the only one to do so in a polite manor. She then finally gets back to the dorms and walks in to see her friends, only to be met by all of them fighting.

- Sheryl debuts in her Rainbow High Series 3 outfit and speaks for the first time.
- Daria Roselyn makes her debut to the animated series.

- This is the first episode to not feature Ruby, Poppy, Sunny, Jade, or Skyler. Violet's voice is heard but, she is not seen.
- This is also the first episode to not feature Amaya Raine ever since her debut in "Bella's Night Out".
